Project Description:

Supply of treated bulk water to the entire province of Bulacan through its water districts as per MOA signed on July 2012

Location: Province of Bulacan

Project Cost:

Phase 1 & 2 = PhP   9.64 B

Phase 3        = PhP 14.80 B
Total             =PhP 24.44 B

Funding Source:

PPP (design and built contract)

Status: (as of 17 March 2016)

• The project was awarded to the joint venture of San Miguel Holdings and Korea Water Resources Corporation (now registered as Luzon Clean Water Development Corp) on 07 Dec 2015.
• Signing of Concession Agreement & MOAs with the Water Districts was done on 15 Jan 2016 at Malolos City, attended by the President.
• Ground-breaking scheduled on 15 April 2016.
